The campus design includes geo-thermal heating and cooling. The buildings of this phase of development can accommodate up to 640 students at any one time. There are currently four main student residences. All are built as condominiums, and all students are required to live in residence for the full four years of the undergraduate program.

Famous quotes containing the words buildings and/or features:

The desert is a natural extension of the inner silence of the body. If humanity’s language, technology, and buildings are an extension of its constructive faculties, the desert alone is an extension of its capacity for absence, the ideal schema of humanity’s disappearance.
    Jean Baudrillard (b. 1929)

Each reader discovers for himself that, with respect to the simpler features of nature, succeeding poets have done little else than copy his similes.
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)
