The company has five divisions responsible to a Chief Executive Office. These are the Operations Group, Corporate Group, Finance Group, Technology and Development and the Gateway Upgrade Project.
Queensland Motorways owns two subsidiaries called Port Motorway Company and Logan Motorway Company.
