New Revised Standard Version

The New Revised Standard Version (NRSV) of the Christian Bible is an English translation released in 1989. It is an updated revision of the Revised Standard Version. There are multiple editions of the NRSV: some Protestant, some Catholic, some with the Apocryphal/Deuterocanonical Books (these sometimes called the NRSV Common Bible), and some that use British spelling and grammar.
