Personal Life
Before he had a romantic affair with Boy George during the height of Culture Club's popularity, Jon Moss was engaged to a woman (Caroline). Throughout his relationship with George, Moss reputedly had affairs with a string of women. The tempestuous relationship between Boy George and Moss soured in 1986 and they broke up, at the time hardly standing one another's company. Subsequently, however, they reestablished their friendship, and remain cordial to this day.
He has a son, Clyde Lionel (b.1997), a daughter, Julia 'Gigi' Louise (b.2000) and another son, Leon David (b.2003), by his former wife Babs (Barbara Denton Savage, b.1966), from whom he separated in 2010.

Famous quotes containing the words personal and/or life:
“I want relations which are not purely personal, based on purely personal qualities; but relations based upon some unanimous accord in truth or belief, and a harmony of purpose, rather than of personality. I am weary of personality.... Let us be easy and impersonal, not forever fingering over our own souls, and the souls of our acquaintances, but trying to create a new life, a new common life, a new complete tree of life from the roots that are within us.”
—D.H. (David Herbert)
“The great problem of American life [is] the riddle of authority: the difficulty of finding a way, within a liberal and individualistic social order, of living in harmonious and consecrated submission to something larger than oneself.... A yearning for self-transcendence and submission to authority [is] as deeply rooted as the lure of individual liberation.”
—Wilfred M. McClay, educator, author. The Masterless: Self and Society in Modern America, p. 4, University of North Carolina Press (1994)
