Janice Darlene "Jan" Rooney (née Chamberlin; born November 23, 1939) is an American singer and the wife of actor Mickey Rooney. She is the mother of Christopher "Chris" Aber (born February 5, 1959) by her former husband, Lynn Aber, and Mark Rooney. She and Mickey Rooney were married on August 7, 1978, and performed together for decades. She was born in Los Angeles, California.

In 2003 the couple began their association with Rainbow Puppet Productions, providing their voices to the centenary production of Toyland!, an adaptation of Victor Herbert's Babes in Toyland. Jan Rooney provided the voice for Mother Goose while Mickey Rooney created the voice for the Master Toymaker. Since that time, they have created voices for additional Rainbow Puppet Productions including "Pirate Party". Both productions continue to tour theaters across the country. In 2004 she began appearing in television commercials for Garden State Life Insurance Company with her husband, who has been a spokesperson for the company since 1999.
