Elizabeth Falkner (born in San Francisco) was the executive pastry chef and owner of Citizen Cake, and executive chef and co-owner of Orson, restaurants located in San Francisco, California, U.S.. Both establishments closed in 2011. She also owns Krescendo, a pizza and dessert joint in Brooklyn, New York.
