In Greek mythology, Anchises (/æŋˈkaɪsiːz/; Ancient Greek: Ἀγχίσης) was the son of Capys and Themiste (daughter of Ilus, who was son of Tros). He was a prince from Dardania, a territory neighbouring Troy.
