Carlos Saul Facundo Menem, the son of Zulema Menem, died in a helicopter crash in 1995. Although it is considered an accident, there are conspiracy theories that it would have been a murder, something which Zulema Yoma and her daughter Zulemita are convinced. She even states that the corpse buried in the tomb of the Islamic cemetery is not that of his son, reclaiming an exhumation. His son had, before his death, an unrecognized daughter named Antonella Pinetta, who was born in 1988. Zulema Yoma had not recognized her as a granddaughter, after she appeared topless on the cover of a magazine, Zulema Yoma refused to have her examined by DNA, requesting that the test should be made from the body of her son, to support her claims for the exhumation of the body mentioned above. While Menem agreed to DNA testing, he refused to proceed with the exhumation.
