In one of the promos, there is a scene where Zoey is in terror and says, "B-b-butt...face...", then the nurse turns around and says, "Did you just call me buttface?!" This scene was cut from the actual airing, possibly because it could have been found inappropriate, but later releases and returns of the episode include the missing scene.
