The Zimex Aviation fleet includes the following aircraft (at August 2006):
- 12 de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter Series 300
- 4 Raytheon Beech 1900D Airliner
- 5 Pilatus PC6 Turbo Porter
- 1 Viking DHC-6 Twin Otter Series 400.
At the July 2010 Farnborough Air Show, Zimex took delivery of the first DHC-6 Twin Otter Series 400 produced by Viking Air.
