Zhang Mengjin

Zhang Mengjin (Traditional Chinese: 章猛進, Simplified Chinese: 章猛进), is a politician of the Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China. He's the current Deputy Director of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee. He was also the vice-governor (ranked 1st) of the Zhejiang Province, and the former party chief of Ningbo.
