The ZTA Fraternity National Housing Corporation (NHC) has assets of more than $25 million and is the leader in Greek housing. NHC was founded in 1977 and was the first national housing corporation. ZTA owns 34 houses, 2 lodges, 2 Panhellenic suites and 1 International Office.
