Zap Zodiac - Home Invasion

A strip with a similar premise, Home Invasion, drawn by David Sutherland, appeared in The Beano in June 2010. It was the adventures of three small aliens, and their interactions with a young boy in a suburban house.

One of three strips in another Comic Idol contest, alongside Uh Oh Si Co, a strip about a boy with a violent temper drawn by Nigel Parkinson, it lost out in a readers' vote to the eventual winner, Meebo & Zuky drawn by Laura Howell.

Famous quotes containing the words home and/or invasion:

Fairs are good places to eat, particularly for stand-up eaters—which is one of the kinds of eaters I am, although when I eat standing up away from home I sometimes miss the familiar cool breeze coming from the open refrigerator.”
    Calvin Trillin (b. 1940)

In our governments the real power lies in the majority of the community, and the invasion of private rights is chiefly to be apprehended, not from the acts of government contrary to the sense of the constituents, but from the acts in which government is the mere instrument of the majority.
    James Madison (1751–1836)
