- 72 - Camberwell to Melbourne University
- 78 - North Richmond to Prahran
- 79 - North Richmond to St Kilda
The Z3-Class are currently used on the above routes as well as the following:
- 55 - West Coburg to Domain Interchange
- 57 - West Maribyrnong to City
- 82 - Footscray to Moonee Ponds
