"You Won't Forget About Me" was a top ten hit in the UK, peaking at number seven and remained in the charts for five weeks, selling 30,000 copies. At the end of 2004, the British Music Industry Bible named the song the fifth biggest club track of the year in its Upfront Clup Top 100.
Elsewhere in Europe the song was also a hit, going top ten in the Ukraine(no. 7) and top twenty in Italy (no. 12), Portugal (no. 16), Russia (no. 40) and in Spain (no. 17).
While the single did not gain widespread rhythmic/dance format radio airplay like her previous singles and did not make the Hot Dance Airplay chart, the song was also a U.S. dance hit, reaching number five on the Billboard Hot Dance/Club Play chart.
