  • 1-4 April 1989: The first events on Yokohama Arena "Delight Slight Light KISS Yokohama Arena opening celebration concert" by Yumi Matsutoya as additional dates of her concert tour "Delight Slight Light KISS Tour".
  • 6 December 2008: K-1 World Grand Prix 2008 Final, a martial arts competition.
  • 8 and 9 December 2010; Japanese-American singer-songwriter Hikaru Utada performed her last concert before her indefinite hiatus, titled "WILD LIFE". The concert was filmed and broadcast across cinemas in Japan, and also streamed on Ustream for international fans.
  • 15 December 2010; Japanese Idol group Morning Musume performed their last concert of their Rival Survival concert tour. This performance was also the graduation concert of 6th generation member Eri Kamei and 8th generation members Junjun and Linlin.
  • 18, 19 and 20 February 2011; South Korean boy band Super Junior performed for the first time in the Yokohama Arena for the Japanese leg of their third Asian tour, Super Show 3.
  • 25, 26, 27 May 2012: South Korean boy band BIGBANG performed three sold out concerts as part of their 19-shows Arena and Dome Japanese leg in their BIGBANG Alive Galaxy Tour 2012
  • 29 and 30 May 2012: 2012 Shinhwa Grand Tour in Japan: The Return - the comeback concert of South Korean boy band Shinhwa, after a four-year hiatus due to mandatory military service.
