Yellowcheek Darter

The yellowcheek darter (Etheostoma moorei) is a species of fish in the Percidae family. It is endemic to the United States and is found in the Little Red River system in northern central Arkansas.

In July 2010, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service proposed the yellowcheek darter for endangered status. The fish is a federally listed endangered species of the United States, effective September 8, 2011.
