Yattendon Group plc (formerly Yattendon Investment Trust) is a private British company owned by the Iliffe family. It has interests in the UK and Canada, and interests in newspaper publishing, television, electronic media, marinas and property.
Iliffe News and Media is a major part of Yattendon Group. It comprises:

The group also owns Marina Developments Limited, a marina operator based in Southampton, and the Vancouver-based Westminster Management Corporation, a commercial property organisation.
Yattendon Group owned the ITV franchise in the Channel Islands, Channel Television until November 2011, when the station was sold to ITV plc.
Yattendon Estates, formed by the amalgamation of the Iliffe family properties at Yattendon in 1955, became part of YIT in 2003.
