Yannick Tremblay (born November 15, 1975) is a retired professional ice hockey defenceman who last played for the Graz 99ers in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga (EBEL). He had played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Atlanta Thrashers, and the Vancouver Canucks.
