Yan Song (simplified Chinese: 阎嵩; traditional Chinese: 閻嵩; pinyin: Yán Sōng) is a professional Chinese footballer who currently plays for Shanghai Shenhua in the Chinese Super League. He would begin his senior career with Dalian Shide F.C. where he quickly established himself as a left-winger known for his good ball control and dribbling skills that saw Dalian win several Chinese league titles before he was called up to represent the Chinese senior team and help guide them to a runners-up spot in the 2004 AFC Asian Cup. Since then he joined Hangzhou Greentown and then later South Korean side Jeju United FC before returning back to China.
