The journal was ranked second among international law reviews in the 2007 ExpressO Guide to Top Law Reviews based on the number of manuscripts received. It was also ranked third out of Yale's secondary law journals in Washington and Lee University School of Law's rankings, which are based on the number of citations per journal.
