The Yahiko Line (弥彦線, Yahiko-sen?) is a Japanese railway line operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East) which runs between Yahiko in the village of Yahiko and Higashi-Sanjō in the city of Sanjo, both in Niigata Prefecture. The line shares its name with both Yahiko Village and nearby Mt. Yahiko.
Famous quotes containing the word line:
“Experience has taught me, when I am shaving of a morning, to keep watch over my thoughts, because, if a line of poetry strays into my memory, my skin bristles so that the razor ceases to act.”
—A.E. (Alfred Edward)
