People's Republic of China

• People's Liberation Army Air Force - up to 82 H-6/H-6E/H-6F/H-6H, and 10 H-6U in service in 2010
• People's Liberation Army Navy - 30 H-6D in service in 2010

Egypt

• Egyptian Air Force — "Some" B-6 acquired post-1973 along with spares for the Egyptian Tu-16 fleet. Last aircraft retired in 2000.

Iraq

• Iraqi Air Force — Four H-6D, armed with C-601 missiles, acquired during Iran–Iraq War. All destroyed in the 1991 Gulf War.
