Xhezair Zaganjori

Xhezair Zaganjori (born March 9, 1957 in Shkodër) is an Albanian politician. He graduated with a diploma from the University of Tirana in 1981. He is a member of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania. In 1991, Zaganjori was elected as member of the Reconciliation and Arbitral Court at the OSCE. During the presidency of Berisha 1992-1997 he was Ambassador in Germany while in 1993 he received the grade Doctor of Judicial Sciences and the Professor title in 2009. In 2003 he was elected a Constitutional Court member where he is still today. Zaganjori has published a series of scientific publications in Albania and abroad, and he is an active participator in international conferences inside and outside the country.
