WSYX is owned by the Sinclair Broadcast Group, which also operates Fox affiliate WTTE (owned by Cunningham Broadcasting) through a local marketing agreement. The two stations share studios in Grandview Heights, a suburb of Columbus, along with a transmitter on Columbus' west side.
