This version of the Witwicky family from Transformers Animated is so far the only show where they are not the main characters or know the Autobots personally as seen in previous series. The main character is instead Sari Sumdac (an original character created exclusively for this series), however, they appeared in the show anyway, but only as background characters. They weren't even named in the series, they were named only on model sheets availible exclusively at BotCon.
