WHOI is the ABC-affiliated television station for West-Central Illinois that is licensed to Peoria. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 19 from a transmitter on North Stewart Street in Creve Coeur of Groveland Township. The station can also be seen on Mediacom channel 4 and Comcast channel 8. There is a high definition feed provided on Mediacom digital channel 704 and Comcast digital channel 908.

Owned by Barrington Broadcasting, WHOI is operated by the Granite Broadcasting Corporation through joint sales and shared services agreements. This makes it a sister outlet to NBC affiliate WEEK-TV and both share studios on Springfield Road in East Peoria along I-474. Syndicated programming on the station includes Entertainment Tonight, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Doctors, and Millionaire among others.
