Administrative Divisions
According to the six geographical regions established by the National Research Council of Thailand, the Western region includes the following provinces:
- Kanchanaburi (กาญจนบุรี)
- Phetchaburi (เพชรบุรี)
- Prachuap Khiri Khan (ประจวบคีรีขันธ์)
- Ratchaburi (ราชบุรี)
- Tak, (ตาก)
