Walter Alston - Death and Legacy

Death and Legacy

Alston maintained his residence in Oxford and died there in 1984 at the age of 72. He is interred at Darrtown Cemetery in Darrtown, Ohio. He was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in 1983.
