Virbhadra Singh (born 23 June 1934) resigned from the office of Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of India in June 2012. This was a cabinet position in the United Progressive Alliance government, led by the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. He has previously held several national political offices and has also been Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh state on five occasions, from 1983 to 1990, from 1993 to 1998 and from 2003 to 2007. He is a member of the Indian National Congress.
