Viktor Medvedchuk
Viktor Volodymyrovich Medvedchuk (Ukrainian: Віктор Володимирович Медведчук) is a Ukrainian politician, lawyer, and business oligarch. Annalist consider Medvedchuk one of the most important Ukrainian politicians from the mid-1990s till the mid-2000s; although he mainly operated outside the public view.
