Victor J. Clapham

Victor J. Clapham was a South African graphic artist, awarded the Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting, in 1976.

His father, also called Vic Clapham, established the Comrades Marathon in South Africa.
