• Eastern Line - along the North Island Main Trunk via Glen Innes, Manurewa and Papakura to Pukekohe;
• Southern Line - along the Auckland-Newmarket Line to Newmarket, then the North Auckland Line to Westfield and the North Island Main Trunk via Manurewa and Papakura to Pukekohe;
• Western Line - along the Auckland-Newmarket Line to Newmarket and the North Auckland Line via Henderson to Waitakere.
• Onehunga Line - follows the Southern Line (North Auckland Line) to Penrose then the Onehunga Branch to Onehunga
