Verdura Plantation was a large cotton plantation of 3,500 acres (1,400 ha) in eastern Leon County, Florida, USA established by Benjamin Chaires, Sr.
The Benjamin Chaires who owned Verdura was not Benjamin Chaires Sr., but his nephew, son of Green Hill Chaires.
