Siddhartha Sahaaya Scholorship Program The Alumni of Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College and Siddhartha Academy of General & Technical Education, Vijayawada are providing scholarships to the academically bright and needy students opting to join V. R. Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada.

Scholarship is in the form of cash grant of Rs 15,000 per year. Scholarship amount will be disbursed in Dec of every year for 4 years. Eligibility 1. Candidates who passed SSC / equivalent exam with not less than 80% 2. Preference will be given to students from Zilla Parishad / Municipal / Corporation / Fully Aided Government aided or schools run by Non Governmental Trusts for poor children. 3. Should have passed all SSC / Intermediate / Equivalent and EAMCET / ECET exam in first attempt only. 4. Should join B. Tech. in VR Siddhartha Engineering College, Vijayawada in 2011-12 if selected for scholarship. 5. Ranks less better than listed below will be preferred.

For continuation of scholarships after the first year, the scholar should have good academic standing i.e. no backlogs and a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or as prescribed by the screening committee and should not be subject to any disciplinary action for any act of misconduct at any time.
