Vehari (Urdu: وہاڑی‎,) is a town and the capital city of Vehari District in the Punjab province of Pakistan. is located at an altitude of 135 m (446 ft) It is located 96 kilometers (60 mi) from the regional metropolis of Multan, 956 kilometres (594 mi) away from Karachi, 300 kilometres (190 mi) from Lahore, 218 kilometres (135 mi) from Faisalabad, 119 kilometres (74 mi) from Bahawalpur, 61 kilometres (38 mi) from Hasilpur, 41 kilometres (25 mi) from Mailsi, 46 kilometres (29 mi) from Kacha Khuh, 36 kilometres (22 mi) from Burewala, 27 kilometres (17 mi) from Luddan, 78 kilometres (48 mi) from Arifwala, 112 kilometres (70 mi) from Pakpattan, and about 37 kilometres (23 mi) north of the river Sutlej - the southernmost of the five rivers of the Punjab region.
