U.S. Route 43 is a north–south United States highway that runs for 410 miles (649 km) from Mobile, Alabama to central Tennessee. The highway's southern terminus is in Mobile, Alabama, at U.S. Route 45. Its northern terminus is Columbia, Tennessee, at U.S. Route 31.
