University of Science and Technology Liaoning (USTL; simplified Chinese: 辽宁科技大学; traditional Chinese: 遼寧科技大學; pinyin: Liáoníng Kējì Dàxué) is a university in Anshan, Liaoning Province, China under the provincial government.
