Lebanese Response
The Lebanese government officially responded to the resolution on the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) website in three ways:
- The withdrawal of the foreign forces from Lebanon;
- Disarming the Lebanese and foreign guerillas; and
- Expanding the government's authority on all the Lebanese territories.
Hezbollah and the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc denounced a report on the resolution in 2010 as meddling in Lebanese affairs.
