Uday is portrayed by Philip Arditti in House of Saddam, and by Dominic Cooper in The Devil's Double. The latter film is the life story of his alleged longtime body double, Latif Yahia, who's also written three books on his experience – I Was Saddam's Son, The Devil's Double and The Black Hole.

Uday is a character in Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo by Rajiv Joseph.
