Trajan
Trajan ( /ˈtreɪdʒən/; Latin: Marcus Ulpius Nerva Traianus Augustus; 18 September 53 – 9 August 117), was Roman Emperor from 98 to 117 AD. The Roman Empire reached its greatest territorial extent under Trajan through his conquests in the east. Trajan is also notable for the extensive public building programs and social welfare policies implemented during his reign.
