Construction
Weighting near 10 million tons, construction was envisaged using bulk materials extracted from the Moon and sent to space using a mass driver, retrieve the pellets at L2 using a mass catcher, transport them to L5 where they can be processed in an industrial facility and start the construction of the torus, only materials that cannot be obtained from the moon will have to be imported from earth. Asteroid mining was an option too.
