Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales is a large state-owned Spanish industrial holding company. It is the successor of Instituto Nacional de Industria. The company controls all stocks owned by the Spanish State. As of 2010, the company controls 21 different companies, has smaller holdings in eight companies, and directs two foundations, with a total of 32,000 employees.

- TVE (Radio televisión española S.A.) 100%
- Construcciones Aeronáuticas SA 0%. This stake was folded into EADS.
- EADS (European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company) 5.6%. EADS-CASA is involved in the production of Airbus aircraft.
- Navantia (Shipyards), about to be privatized
- Hunosa (Coal mining)
- Red Eléctrica de España (REE) (electricity transmission) 20%
- RENFE (Red Nacional de Ferrocarriles Españoles) (Spanish national railways) 100%
- Iberia Airlines 5%
