Signy Island

Signy Island is a small subantarctic island in the South Orkney Islands group located at 60°43′S 45°36′W / 60.717°S 45.6°W / -60.717; -45.6. It was named by the Norwegian whaler Petter Martin Mattias Koch Sørlle after his wife Signy Therese.
