Rye Whiskey

Rye whiskey can refer to either of two types of whiskey: 1) American rye whiskey, which must be distilled from at least 51 percent rye; 2) Canadian whisky, which is often referred to (and labelled as) rye whisky for historical reasons, although it may or may not actually include any rye in its production process.

Famous quotes containing the words rye and/or whiskey:

    When as the rye reach to the chin,
    And chopcherry, chopcherry ripe within,
    Strawberries swimming in the cream,
    And school-boys playing in the stream;
    George Peele (1559–1596)

    Besides, you start drinking whiskey gambling, it gives you an excuse for losing. That’s something you don’t need, an excuse for losing.
