Russkoye Ustye (Russian: Ру́сское У́стье) is a village (selo) in Allaikhovsky Ulus of the Sakha Republic, Russia. For several decades during the Soviet era, the village was officially called Polyarny (Поля́рный).
The permanent population of the village was reported as 180 as of January 1, 2001. It had shrunk from around 300 in 1989.
