RGB Color Space

An RGB color space is any additive color space based on the RGB color model. A particular RGB color space is defined by the three chromaticities of the red, green, and blue additive primaries, and can produce any chromaticity that is the triangle defined by those primary colors. The complete specification of an RGB color space also requires a white point chromaticity and a gamma correction curve.

RGB is an acronym for red–green–blue.

Famous quotes containing the words color and/or space:

A scholarly man of my acquaintance once told me that he traveled a thousand miles into the desert to get away from the word uplift, and it was the first word he heard after he reached his destination.
    Carolyn Wells (1862–1942)

Stars scribble on our eyes the frosty sagas,
The gleaming cantos of unvanquished space . . .
    Hart Crane (1899–1932)
