- Frank Joseph Hughes (March 17, 1933 – February 13, 1935)
- Sir Lyman Poore Duff (as Chief Justice, (March 17, 1933 – January 2, 1944; appointed a Puisne Justice under Prime Minister Laurier, June 4, 1906)
- Henry Hague Davis (January 31, 1935 – June 30, 1944)
- Patrick Kerwin (July 20, 1935 – February 2, 1963)
