Pro Career
He joined the Turkish League club Pınar Karşıyaka in 2007. In 2008, he joined the Spanish ACB League club Real Madrid.
For 2009-10 season, he agreed to a deal with another Turkish club, Aliağa Petkim.
For 2010/2011 he sign a two-seasons deal with DKV Joventut that plays in Spanish ACB League.
In July 2011 he moved to Italy, signing with Dinamo Basket Sassari.
In August 2012 he joined the 2012 Polish League Bronze Medalist Stelmet Zielona Góra (formerly known as Zastal Zielona Góra).
In 2013, Hosley won the Polish League Championship (first championship in the history of Zielona Góra). He has also become the Finals MVP.
