Quintin Paredes
QuintÃn B. Paredes (September 9, 1884 - January 30, 1973) was a Filipino lawyer, politician, and statesman.
He was born in Bangued, Abra, Philippines in 1884 to Juan Felix Paredes and Regine Babila.
